Two layouts, one set of information
Every drawing in a project is shown either as a card (grid view) or a row (list view). Switch between them with the and toggle in the project header; the choice is remembered. Both layouts show the same badges and offer the same actions. Grid view is easier to scan by thumbnail; list view fits far more drawings on screen.
Anatomy of a card
Top to bottom in grid view:
- Checkbox (top-left) — ticks the drawing for Submit or a bulk action. Clicking anywhere on the card does the same, and a ticked card shows a highlighted ring.
- Uploading pill (top-right) — only while the drawing is still being saved.
- Thumbnail — rotated to match the drawing's current rotation. Hold the pointer over it for a moment to see a large preview with the full name and upload time.
- Name and presence avatars — the filename, followed by a small round avatar for each colleague who currently has this drawing open. Hover an avatar for name is here.
- menu — the drawing's actions, listed below.
- Badge row — status, revision, vector or image, and category count.
- Upload time —
DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM.
Anatomy of a row
Left to right in list view:
- Checkbox.
- Thumbnail — a small preview. Click it to open a larger preview popover with the name and upload time.
- Badge row — the same four badges as the card.
- Name — hover for the full name if it is truncated. Drag the row here to reorder it.
- Upload time.
- Assign categories — opens the CATEGORIES checklist for this drawing.

- Presence avatars.
The badges
| Badge | What it shows | Click |

| Uploaded In Progress Completed | Where the drawing is in your workflow. It moves to In Progress on its own as soon as you count on it. | Marks the drawing Completed, or moves a Completed drawing back to In Progress. See Drawing status. |
| Rev 0 | The drawing revision, read from the filename on upload (Rev C, Rev P1, _R3) or 0 if none was found. | Opens the Set revision dialog. Type any value, for example A or P2, and click Save. Leaving it empty resets to 0. |
| vector / image | Which detection engine the drawing uses. A green dot means vector detection is active; a grey dot means the image detector is selected. | Opens a read-only popover explaining the choice, for example Symbols are read directly from the PDF drawing data — exact positions and rotations, no scan time. On a vector drawing it also reports how many symbol candidates were found. The engine itself is switched in the workspace toolbar, not here. |

Badges stop clicks from reaching the card, so clicking a badge does not tick or untick the drawing.
Paper size is not shown on the project page. It appears as a pill in the workspace header once the drawing is open. See Paper size and accuracy.
Presence avatars
Round avatars with a colleague's initial appear on any drawing they currently have open; up to three are shown, then +N. They update within a moment of someone opening or leaving a drawing, and you never see your own avatar. The same avatars appear on the project list and on the file tabs in Review mode. See Working with others.
The actions menu
Click on a card or row:

| Delete | Deletes the drawing immediately, with no confirmation. |
Delete on a card or row does not ask you to confirm. The drawing, and every marker and measurement on it, is removed straight away. If you want a confirmation step, tick the drawing and use the delete button in the bulk action bar instead. See Downloading and deleting drawings.
The menu and checkbox are greyed out while a drawing is uploading. There is no right-click menu on cards or rows; the browser's own menu appears instead.
