Producing your output
Once your estimate is complete and marked up, Ensign provides two main ways to produce your final documents: internal reports for your own records, and bills for your clients.
Key concepts
- Select reports — generate summaries, material lists, estimate breakdowns, and more for internal use
- Bills — produce tender summaries, quantified schedules of rates, and combined documents for clients
- Export formats — save reports as PDF, Word, CSV, or Excel files
- Letterheads — include your company branding on bill documents
- Favourites — save your most-used report configurations for quick access
- Cloud storage — exported documents are saved to your Ensign cloud for easy retrieval
